電車内で女性の顔を無断撮影…盗撮容疑で逮捕

千葉県警松戸署は４日、電車内で女性の寝顔を撮影したとして、松戸市の会社員（４６）を県迷惑防止条例違反（盗撮）の疑いで現行犯逮捕した。
発表によると、会社員は４日午後１１時４０～４５分頃、ＪＲ常磐線北千住―松戸駅間を走行中の下り快速電車内で、
右隣に座って寝ていた我孫子市の女子専門学校生（２４）の顔など上半身を携帯電話のカメラで盗撮した疑い
